How I Got Here
I've spent around 20 years in real estate, learning through experience, conversations, research, and real-world exposure.
But I did not fully realize the value of private lending until someone taught me and I started digging in for myself.
The more I learned, the more I realized this was one of the most practical and under-taught ways to participate in real estate.
And the more I looked around, the more I saw a gap.
There were not many clear, practical courses showing everyday investors how private lending works, how to think about deals, and how to approach it with more confidence and structure.
So I built one.
Why This Matters to Me
Like many people, my path was not perfectly linear.
At one point in life, I had a reset. I had to start from scratch.
And when you go through that, you look back differently. You think about what you wish you had known earlier. You think about the opportunities you did not fully understand when they first passed by. You think about how things might have gone if you had the right framework sooner.
If I knew then what I know today, some things would have gone differently. But that is life.
What I can do now is share what I've learned, shorten the learning curve for someone else, and hopefully help more people see what is possible.
Why I Built Private Loan Mastery
Private lending stood out to me because it offers a different way to participate in real estate.
- You do not have to be the landlord.
- You do not have to be the flipper.
- You do not have to manage tenants, repairs, and every moving part yourself.
You can learn to think like the lender.
You can learn how deals are structured, what to look for, how to reduce risk, and how to approach real estate from a different seat at the table.
I built Private Loan Mastery because I wanted to create the kind of resource I wish had been easier to find: practical, straightforward, and focused on helping people understand the fundamentals.

I wanted to get this out into the world quickly so more people could start seeing what is possible in real estate through private lending.
